  Seth has been excellent at helping me find our family home. He was professional and responsive. He showed us homes, mailed residents in the area, and knocked doors in an area we showed interest. He knew how to get us in a home during a tough market. He also advocated effectively in our behalf with our home inspector, the home appraiser, and mortgage officers. I would recommend Seth. I believe if you’re looking for an experienced, professional, high-quality realtor, you will get that and more with Seth. You won’t get a cookie-cutter approach; he listens and has been attentive to our individual needs. He is honest, easy to work with, and reliable. I appreciate him. Thanks for being awesome.

  Seth went over and above what a realtor is required to do. He visited our home weekly as it was being finished and talked to the builder’s rep at least weekly to check on progress. He even got several things completed sooner than the builder could have by calling contacts of his. He is a professional that really wants to help you have the best experience possible. He is the best realtor I ever worked with. His communication is excellent and he thoroughly explains everything. He took our hand at the beginning and still hasn’t let go. Seth is a great realtor but an even greater person.
